The UPS Store

There is not a place I dread more than this place. When it is busy in there it is so busy. But the staff works hard to keep everything moving and I appreciate that. Part of me believes the UPS store should be in a more convenient location with ample parking not on the corner of a strip mall hidden with absolutely no parking it’s kinda crazy, it’s almost like they don’t want your business it’s almost like Amazon does not want me to return packages.

Young, thin woman with long dark hair was incredibly rude (Saturday, 8/5). It wasn’t even busy. She may need to work more on manners and better customer service etiquette.

Came from the west side to this location. Staff cracked me up and were friendly. Maggie and Bella were helpful with returning my junk equipment from Spectrum. Didn't catch the delivery drivers name but everyone was cool.

Called 09/13/23. At 12.23pm and a young lady answered the phone and transferred me to the male manager. Trying to explain to him my lost box but he wasn’t interested to help me. This location needs to work more on manners and better customer service etiquette.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Especially today, girl with long brown hair was extremely rude in front of my kids and other customers over her misunderstanding one small thing. This is not the first time I’ve seen extreme rudeness at this store. I dread going in every time now.
